Vacancy – Accounts Assistant

Leys Estate is seeking an accounts assistant to join its team

Due to a member of our team relocating, we are seeking a full-time Accounts Assistant to join our small, dedicated Finance Department based at Banchory Business Centre.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure;

  • The timely and accurate processing of purchase invoices for the Leys Estate Group.
  • The generation of payment runs for the payment of supplier invoices in line with the Group’s payment terms.
  • The smooth roll out of the Leys Estate Group new P2P process.
  • Running the Group’s rent roll in line with the required timetable, working closely with the Property Team and
  • Ad hoc cover for treasury.

You will be expected to communicate effectively with all team members and suppliers, be a team player and adhere to all Leys Estate Group policies and procedures.
