Vacancy – Accounts Assistant
Due to a member of our team relocating, we are seeking a full-time Accounts Assistant to join our small, dedicated Finance Department based at Banchory Business Centre.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure;
- The timely and accurate processing of purchase invoices for the Leys Estate Group.
- The generation of payment runs for the payment of supplier invoices in line with the Group’s payment terms.
- The smooth roll out of the Leys Estate Group new P2P process.
- Running the Group’s rent roll in line with the required timetable, working closely with the Property Team and
- Ad hoc cover for treasury.
You will be expected to communicate effectively with all team members and suppliers, be a team player and adhere to all Leys Estate Group policies and procedures.
