Leys Estate Group is seeking a time-served painter to join its friendly and highly valued Estate team.

The successful candidate will carry out an external maintenance programme of windows and doors throughout the Estate.

Whilst we envisage this programme of works will finish around the end of October, this can be extended if the applicant has additional skills and experience that can be used on the Estate.

Applicants must have a positive attitude, be motivated and flexible in their approach to all tasks. Both PAYE and contractor basis will be considered.

Due to the nature of this role, a driving licence is essential.
