Vacancy – Villa Administrator / Golf Receptionist
9 month maternity cover - full-time or part-time job share
Leys Estate Group is seeking to recruit a full-time or part-time administrator/receptionist to oversee the day-to-day running of ten self-catering holiday villas at Queens Court at Inchmarlo Golf Resort.
This position is to cover for maternity leave and will commence late February 2023 and end December 2023.
Duties will include;
Villa booking and date management.
Quality assurance checks of villas prior to guest arrival.
Management of contracted domestic team.
Administration of invoicing and debt control.
Golf Reception work dealing with golf course and golf driving range customers.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft 365, a polite telephone manner, be able to readily take instruction and have a flexible approach to a variety of tasks.
A customer service background and previous reception/administrative employment is essential, preferably combined with some property knowledge. Salary dependant on experience.
