Greendams Steading Development Site, Drumoak

Greendams Steading, Drumoak, Banchory

Banchory 5 miles, Westhill 7 miles, Aberdeen 15 miles.

Occupying a former agricultural steading, Greendams offers the opportunity to construct a new bespoke property situated within sprawling countryside in Deeside. The site is located off a tarmacked private road just south of the B9125, the main road linking Banchory, Westhill and Aberdeen City.

The site is currently home to a traditional granite farm steading which will be demolished and removed before any sale. The surrounding land is predominantly used for agriculture, which provides extensive views and fantastic space for walking or other outdoor pursuits.
